Why and when did you get involved in archery?

My parents started shooting when I was little, and dragged me along to save on babysitting costs.  I grew up in the sport and became interested in competing in my early teens.

Hours of practice per week:   Varies depending on work and other commitments.  I try to get in a few hours each week, but have to admit I am not the best role model when it comes to practicing.  Sometimes my practice ends up being a tournament of some description.

Archery Goals:

Short Term Goals: work on my mental & physical state and improve my match play performance

Long Term Goals:  continue to work on my game and improve my performance under pressure
